From the Pastor's Desk

Many prophetic words have been released entering this new year/new decade, and continue to be. They all basically reflect that it is God's time to do some things for which we have long prayed. This is a NOW season that requires a NOW Faith. Here is an acronym for "Victory" that, I believe, encapsulates much of that and declares things God has for us:

V - Validate and vindicate. God made promises to Joseph. There came a moment when Joseph and all of those promises were proven to be true.

I - Increase. "Then Isaac sowed in the land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him" (Gen. 26:12).

C - Catapult. It means "to launch forward." "Yes indeed, it won't be long now. Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won't be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once - and everywhere you look, blessings!" (Amos 9:13 MSG).

T - Taking Territory. Take back the territory of your house, business, and health. Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit.

O - Opportunity. God's people have been held up and held back long enough.

R - Restoration. God will "make up for the years of...the great locust devastation" (Joel 2:25 MSG).

Y - Yearning. The most important thing of all is the desire for His Presence.

Victory in this new decade will be bigger and more attainable for the child of God than ever. It is always on God's terms, but it is our destiny. Believe it! Expect it!

Most of the time, I just share out of the overflow of what God is speaking to me. But occasionally, there is a need I see in the church or at least in the lives of many people, whom I love. Would you
