From the Pastor's Desk

We are in a Sunday sermon series on The Power of Vision. Phil. 3:13 speaks of "forgetting those things which are behind, reaching forward unto those things which are ahead." My heart has been gripped by The Passion Translation of it, "I fasten my heart to the future." Having just come through Heritage Month, we are doing it as a church and as individuals. This same theme is echoed in other places as well. "Hope [is] an anchor of the soul"(Heb. 6:19). Will your soul be tethered to your painful past or to the promise of your future?

The Enemy has been working to hinder our progress. God is giving grace in this season for a new alignment. He wants us free to focus on the race ahead. It is time to get excited! You are entering the most powerful phase of your race. Get happy because you will now step into fresh alignment, energy, influence, and position. Are you ready to run?
