From the Pastor's Desk


We are moving into that time of the year once again, the Holidays. Over the next couple months, there will be a number of special events going on. We pray that you will position your heart to experience God close.

And we pray that we will be aware of the special opportunities the Holidays often give to reach out to others. Sharing our faith should be a normal and natural activity. It shouldn't depend on just a program or special event. It has to be a lifestyle, if we are to reach those God intends. But Christmas can provide a chance to take your witness to the next level with those God has places around you for you to pray for and invest in.

A couple of events fit well into that category. Christmas Dinner Theatre will be the evening of Dec. 6. Funds will go to Macedonia again, with Kid's World and a variety of people bringing entertainment. It was the highlight of our Church Christmas Season last year, and you don't want to miss it. Dec. 20 will be Christmas Service, The Light of Christmas, with a beautiful candle-lighting. Take advantage of these times to bring others into God's presence. It's going to be great!
