From the Pastor's Desk

Happy New Year! It's time to see dreams come true! One lady confessed to being a plant killer. Everything she tried to raise died. She told of trying one more time with a little tomato plant. At one point, it looked like the color of crispy French fries in the sun. But she was overjoyed to walk by it a little later and see two bright red little tomatoes smiling up at her. That is often the case with our dreams.

We think the dream is surely done. But God keeps working in mysterious ways beyond our understanding. Don't give up yet. You just never know. When you least expect it, everything changes. We can rely on God to make things grow in spite of us. Remember, God is the true Source of all growth. "Neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, Who makes things grow" (1 Cor. 3:7). Yield the results to God.
